Stephanie Allen Crist lives in Wisconsin with her husband and their four children.  Her family is neurologically diverse.  From autism to bipolar disorder, her family struggles to acquire the understanding and appreciation of a society which consistently devalues their ways of being. 

Stephanie attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in April, 2010.  By May 2010, she’d launched Purple Pen Writing Services and began providing resume writing and copywriting services to local and national clients.  Her business expertise centers on marketing and small business management, both of which are essential components of a successful career as a published author.

Stephanie is also a life-long student of the craft and art of writing.  She continues to pursue formal and informal learning opportunities while she develops the platforms necessary for long-term success in fiction and nonfiction publication.  She is currently pursuing a graduate degree through the Written Communications program at National-Louis University in Chicago, IL.  She has completed course work in advertising and editing, as well as taking courses to further develop her craftsmanship.
